Waterborne formulation meets all federal, state, and local VOC regulations, including Southern California. (VOC=90g/liter or 0.75 lb/gal). High build formulation hides 220 grit sandscratches with ease. Beautiful low-sheen flat black appearance. It sands like chalk and doesn't load the sandpaper even when dry sanding. May be topcoated with any type of paint system. It is flexible too... it will not crack even when bent 60 degrees over a 1-1/2 inch radius. This gallon can contains 128 fl. oz.
