| | | Buy 3M Dual Lock 5/8-Inch by 10-Foot Low-Profile Reclosable Fastener, Clear #70070968048 from Amazon | | Simply put, this stuff is for affixing one thing temporarily to another thing. It consists of a single roll of two strands of fastening tape, each with a peel-back adhesive surface on one side and low-profile mushroom-shaped fasteners on the other. If you've used Velcro tape before, you get the idea-except that this stuff isn't Velcro. With 705 pins per square inch, it gives you four times the tensile strength of hook-and-loop fasteners, which means it will support more weight and do a better job at keeping things from moving around. Each strip is backed with 3M 300 LSE Laminating adhesive, which gives it an excellent bond to a variety of substrates (including polypropylene, polyethylene, metal, finished wood and many others).--Josh Dettweiler What's in the Box Ten feet of 5/8-inch-wide fastener |
